Maybe Favre is playing this just right by not following the Roger Clemens model. I'll just say this. If it isn't him, then whoever fabricated this should be punished. If it is him, it will finally be the proof that he is a grade A douchebag as I have always maintained. If it is him I expect apologies from all of you Favre apologists who were under the fantasy that he was just "one of the guys" an "everyman". You were duped and called me a hater. Get this mofo's and get it now. I have a great judge of character. I run with class A people who have their heads on tight. I can spot a cheating, lying fuck a mile away, in life or business and my radar has been on Bret Favre for a long time.

I'd love to give people more credit, but I'm starting to believe it's impossible to make that kind of money, get that kind of attention, and live with that kind of hero worship without turning in a soul sucking creature of unending and relentless need.
The man hasn't heard the word "no" in 20 years, that has to be damaging.
Although, I guess I'm not really a revolutionary in claiming that relentless taint licking can alter a persons self image to an unhealthy level =)

The thing that amazes me is why they leave the trail they do. Whether its Alec Baldwin leaving a mean message on his daughter's phone to Tiger and now Farvaaa. It's tough to be discreet in the 21st century, but it can be done I'm sure.
Even though he plays for my favorite team, I agree with most of what you and Rhaco say. However, I want to know why the Jets did nothing for 2 years on this, and why did this little gold-digger suddenly feel compelled to get this in the open during the week leading up to the game between the Jets and Vi-Queens? It couldn't be she was seeking her 15 minutes of fame, could it? I think she has a lot of "skin" in this game as well...

Uncle Scott, Deadspin broke this in August and no one gave it credence. They had the voice mail and the photos and none of them were from Sterger. Third party was involved. Not saying that she didn't get money from it but just saying that it was news 3 months ago.
