Movies you'll stop to watch while channel surfing no matter how long its been playing. My choice - Ferris Bueller.
Hi! Welcome to Movie Clip Wednesday. I'm your temporary host Milk River Madman. Here's how it works. Yours truly picks a theme every week, usually with little or no notice and usually not a very good theme, you then find a clip, preferably three minutes or less, post it on your blog and then come here and let us all know in the comments section that you are locked and loaded. We will come over and check it out and do it again next week.
While there is more than one movie that I could have chosen for this week's theme, Ferris Bueller is the one at the top of the list. So much in fact that when I have the menu on the screen when I'm hanging ten channel surfing and see it playing, I'll skip right to it and not even care if there is a commercial on. That's dedication boys and girls. That could also mean that I don't have a life but we can debate that later.

I'm starting to really hate youtube and can never find the exact clip I want. I might start picking my themes backwards, Anyway, next week's theme is best movie about Montana! OK, just kidding. That would be way to hard. Afterall, is there a bad one? I'm going to mix it up here. How about favorite actor from the 1990's? Does that sound good? Lets see a show of hands. It's unanimous. It's good to be the king!!

Every time I see that teacher calling out the roll i cant help thinking about the sports teacher from the "Porkies" movies...
Now that's another movie, any of them... i'd stop surfing to watch....

I absolutely love this movie. It is a classic remote-stops-here movie at our house too. I can quote it verbatim. A favorite scene: The dealing with the uppity maitre'd at the restaurant scene. Abe Froman? The Sausage King of Chicago? Devastatingly handsome! Oh, and at the museum. They do a very "To Sir with Love" kind of thing there.

I'm up at the Buzzkill with the ultimate channel surfing movie that isn't hard on the eyes because - Pain don't hurt.

Super idea for this weeks theme.
You know I spectate only on MCW but on a recent family tour I discovered two of my sibs will stop surfing for Gladiator. I think they were shocked when I asked, " Why would anyone watch this movie again"? Before I could be thrown head first out of the family I had to explain I had found the movie so powerful I never needed to see it again. Also, ultimately confessed acute fear of the idea of God asking so much of one individual.
I share this because I would like to know if there are others who also will never again see a movie they loved?
I understand the "issue" with themes for MCW. You're doing a great job and I'll try to come up with some theme suggestions. I'm not in the this week, but love the theme for next week so I'll be back.

Bueller? Bueller? I love Ben Stein and this was probably his biggest film role - with one line. I haven't seen this movie on TV in quite a while though. I'll have to look for it.
