Marc Faber, telling it like it is.

This is Swiss economist Marc Faber.  This clip is 11 minutes long but very much worth your time.  It frightens me for our economic future.

How is it that two little tucked-away countries like Austria and Switzerland continue to produce people who get it and we continue to produce people who don't?

I've been watching this guy for about 3 years. He knows exactly what he is talking about and has been pretty accurate. Like you said - scary.

Moi,
It's because they have their own money and don't over spend. Hmmm....maybe there is a lesson there.

Tanaya,
Coming from a banker your comments are not "reassuring". Just sayin.

Didn't Sweden also have a similar crisis in the 1980/1990's? A real estate and financial bubble formed and created one of the worse economic crisis since the 1930's?

(I'm reading Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and that's what prompted this comment.)

I like Marc Faber and thanks for the clip.
