LOL, but it's so true. You just have to make the best of what you have. Changing location will not always change circumstances. Sometimes the ability to succeed or fail is locked within your own sense of achievement and fulfilment. If you can appreciate the joy in the little things, then you will be so much happier - whether the bigger things go your way or not.

Of all the things that Ruf has taught me, it is this.

The pure joy of just being.

On a separate note, being a Brit, I have had to look up SNL. You do mean spin offs of Saturday Night Live??

JC, Ruf is very correct. Yes, SNL is Saturday Night Live. Sorry for that.

Numero Uno favorite book of all time, Lonesome Dove. The fact that the movie lived up to the book is a near miracle.

Heh...
am off to read the THINKER piece--looks like a mind meld fer Aunty (who has a surreal alternate life as a journalist, an I has wrtten on this topic at least 5 years ago)

what is the MCW fer this week?

Aunty,
The piece at AT is very good. The theme is "Best Saturday Night Live spinoff". Wayne's World is not elligible. The theme is usually under the MCW logo.

Why wouldn't Wayne's world be eligible? I think this clip is when Diane Lane sort of re-emerged into acting world again. I think I want to be her when I grow up.

Pam, I made WW ineligible because its the best of the spinoffs. I gotta make you work for it a little.

Diane Lane is the next Mrs. MRM.
