Hello again, but then....

There are still a few who stop by. Not many but there is no one to blame but me.  Life has changed. Pretty much for the better except for the time when I can post. That being said, I am going to take a hiatus.

I've been given a great opportunity with Titan Machinery. The Regional Manger for Montana and Northern Wyoming is a huge task.  I am totally up for it but it needs a time commitment from me that, in order for me to succeed, will require a commitment from me that means even less blogging than I have been doing.  It will take me more than a couple of months to get this ship righted and on track. I've been breezing by the last 3-4 years on 45 hours a week. This is demanding 80 or more just to get it right.  And, I still have to work in my life here at home. Seeing my friends. Playing golf to get away from things for at least one day a week.

I'll be back though I don't know when. Hopefully by summer's end so that I can keep you all posted on this year's FCS champions your beloved Montana State University Fighting Bobcats. But I can't make promises.

Know this, the last 4-5 years of having you all read what I have to say has meant the world. I've missed you all tremendously this last year. Looking at my blog hits back in the day and seeing over 100 from all over the world made a kid from nowhere feel so blessed. Why so many people so much smarter than me with so much more to say would read me was so humble. Trust me when I say I need some humility. A chip on my shoulder I've always had for many reasons but you all made it go away. I'm a better man getting to know all of you. Your great comments, your insight to life, what you posted, it all means the world to me.

There are a couple of you (Pammy and Boxer especially) that I've been blessed to get to know on personal level.  You are all friends.  There was a time, back in my thirties, when I thought I had enough of them.  Not now. Especially when they are the quality that you all are.

I'll be back someday. Hopefully with a vengeance and desire to be the kind of poster you all like to read.

Til then.  My best to you all. Keep leading your great lives. I want nothing but the best for all of you my beloved band of malcontents.

As always.

Safe Journeys,

Chip aka MRM

I know how it is. I haven't been around much either. The last couple of months are a blur, and not because of work. Just regular life scheduling. Boy scouts and the addition The Mrs. is putting on the back of the house have been taking a lot of my time. But we'll be back, oh yes, we'll be back.

Hey Madman!
Just remember when it is too cold, or wet, or snowy or iced in those parts to play golf, the next best get away for sanity is this awesome blog community. Keep on blogging and congratulations on the new job. I am sure you are going to shine :-)

Buzz,
That's how out of touch I am. I didn't even know about the addition.

Aunty,
I'll see what Pam suggested. I'm not taking the sight down. And will post when I can. Just tired of saying "I'll be back" and never following through.

Fishy,
Thank you for the kind words.
