What did you do today?

Just a question. I went to work. Lived life, that I love. I love my job and most of the people I work with do a great job. The others, meh, average. They could pick it up. I'm old school, a taskmaster. But  a gentle one, I try to show them where they could do better. That my expectations are high, not only for them, but for myself. I was born 100 years to late. The good thing about that is that I would be dead by now and I'm not. Still muddling through.

No worries. The bills are paid. Money in the bank, a good job. And the best friends a man could have. More on that at another time I suppose. Maybe not. I'll probably forget.

My work days have been mind-numbingly boring of late. We're between projects (at least I hope so) and there's not a whole lot to do.

Good morning MRM,

Worked. Gave a unit of platelets. Shot a quick 100 at the range, because I couldn't exercise. Generally enjoyed life.

Glad you're having a good time. A belated happy birthday to you. If

Hi MRM. Happy birthday this week.

Wednesday -- what did I do? Had a busy day at work. It was Rose Day, where every pro-lifer in the state was in the building handing out roses to everyone else. Set up a lunch meeting and made sure the delivery of box lunches was on schedule and in place. Deleted a bunch of e-mails because we are in the e-mail bombardment stage at the moment. And, like Buzzy, it was all mind-numbingly boring.

Sorry to be so late getting back to all of you. Long story short, I spent the last two nights staying with my great friends Eric and Monika and their three-year-old daughter Danika to whom I am "Uncle Chippy". It was great. Back home and going to try to catch up with you all.
